Sub-processors

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

This page lists the third parties that process personal data on behalf of Vision Makers Technologies Inc., the categories they handle, and where they operate. It is referenced by the Privacy Policy.

Complete this before publication The table below sets out the categories of sub-processor the platform requires. Each named vendor, its processing location and its transfer mechanism must be filled in from the current vendor register, and a Data Processing Agreement must be in place with each. Publishing an inaccurate sub-processor list is itself a compliance failure.

Our commitments

  • A Data Processing Agreement is in place with every sub-processor, imposing confidentiality, security and assistance obligations at least equivalent to our own.
  • Transfers outside the EEA or UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (plus UK Addendum where relevant) and a transfer risk assessment, unless an adequacy decision covers the destination.
  • Sub-processors are due-diligenced before engagement and reviewed periodically.
  • We require that content sent to AI model providers is not used to train their general-purpose models, where the provider offers that commitment.

Changes

We will update this page before engaging a new sub-processor that handles personal data. If you are an enterprise customer with a contractual right to object, notify us at admin@visionmakers.io within the notice period in your agreement.
