Cookie Notice
Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026
This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies Vision Makers Technologies Inc. uses, and how to control them. Read it with the Privacy Policy.
1 · What these are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use local storage, session storage, software development kits in mobile apps, and pixels. "Cookies" below covers all of them.
2 · Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent required | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session integrity, load balancing, fraud prevention, security, remembering your cookie choices | No | Session – 12 months |
| Functional | Language, theme, dismissed banners, saved layouts and watchlist preferences | Yes | Up to 12 months |
| Performance / analytics | How the platform is used in aggregate, error and performance diagnostics | Yes | Up to 13 months |
| Marketing / targeting | Measuring campaigns and attributing referrals | Yes | Up to 13 months |
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the Service.
3 · Consent
Where law requires consent, the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions with equivalent rules, non-essential cookies are off by default until you accept. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
We record your choice and re-ask at least every 12 months, or sooner if our use materially changes.
4 · Managing cookies
- In the Service: use the cookie preferences control, available from the footer at any time.
- In your browser: all major browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break functionality.
- Global Privacy Control: we honour GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where that applies.
- Do Not Track: there is no agreed standard for DNT, so we do not respond to it. Use the controls above instead.
5 · Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by sub-processors, analytics, error monitoring and, where applicable, campaign attribution. They are listed with their providers in Sub-processors. Embedded third-party content, such as a Telegram widget or a charting provider, may set its own cookies governed by that party's policy.
6 · Changes and contact
We update this Notice when our use changes. Questions: admin@visionmakers.io.
