Vision Makers Pad
Token launches with KYC, tiered allocation and on-chain records
VM Pad is the launch infrastructure: ICOs, IDOs and ITAs run with identity verification and allocation records written on-chain.
Launch types
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| ICO | Initial coin offering, tokens sold directly by the project |
| IDO | Initial DEX offering, with liquidity established at listing |
| ITA | Initial token auction, price discovered through bidding |
Tiers
Allocation eligibility is determined by holdings and staking duration. Higher tiers receive larger guaranteed allocations and earlier access windows.
The design intent is capital alignment: people with a long-term position in the ecosystem get first access to what it launches. Duration counts alongside quantity, so a position taken the day before a sale does not carry the same weight as one held for months.
Exact thresholds are a governance parameter and can change by vote. See Governance.
Participating in a sale
- Reach a tier. Your current tier is shown in your account.
- Complete KYC. Identity verification is required for launch participation. See AML, CTF and KYC.
- Register within the registration window. Registration is separate from committing funds.
- Commit your allocation during the sale window.
- Claim according to the project's own vesting schedule.
Missing a window means missing the sale. Windows are published in advance and are not extended for individual participants.
Identity verification
KYC is mandatory for VM Pad because token sales attract regulatory obligations that non-custodial swapping does not. Verification collects your legal name, date of birth, nationality, address and a government photographic identity document with a liveness check.
Verification results are retained for five years. Some jurisdictions are excluded entirely. See Sanctions and prohibited jurisdictions and Privacy Policy.
On-chain allocation records
Allocations are written on-chain, which means the distribution is auditable after the fact. Anyone can verify who received what, rather than taking the operator's word for it.
Every launch, as it happens
Beyond curated sales, VM Pad surfaces the wider launch market:
| Feed | Contents |
|---|---|
| New pairs | Straight off the bonding curve, with buyer distribution attached |
| About to migrate | Tokens approaching the threshold to a full pool |
| Recently migrated | Already moved, with the post-migration behaviour visible |
Each entry carries the buyer distribution behind the move, so a broad launch is distinguishable from one wallet creating the appearance of demand. A typical read:
$PONS · 1,840 distinct buyers, no wallet above 3% Liquidity grew with price, not behind it. No deployer sells in 48 hours.
For projects launching
The growth stack is integrated rather than assembled from vendors: launch orchestration, community activation through vMakers, airdrop automation through Vision Disperse, and referral tracking, all against the same user base and the same intelligence core.
Risks
Allocation does not guarantee profit. Sale price is not a floor, and many tokens trade below it after listing.
Vesting is set by the project, not by Vision Makers. Read each schedule before committing.
Oversubscription is normal. A tier gives eligibility, which in heavily subscribed sales may be scaled down.
See Risk Disclosures section 7.
