# 1 · Executive summary

The thesis, the traction and the position, in two pages

## The thesis

Web3's constraint in 2026 is not capability but **interface**. The infrastructure to trade,
launch, govern and settle on-chain is mature. What is missing is a surface on which a
non-specialist can use it without first acquiring specialist vocabulary.

The industry's answer has been more dashboards. Vision Makers' answer is **interpretation with
execution attached**: ask a question in plain language, get an answer assembled from on-chain,
social and market data simultaneously, and act on it in the same view, from your own wallet.

> **FIG-01**: A plain-language question becomes a signed transaction without leaving one surface.

## Where the project stands

<div class="stat-grid">
<div class="stat"><dt>Registered users</dt><dd class="grad">630,000+</dd></div>
<div class="stat"><dt>Transactions</dt><dd>110,000+</dd></div>
<div class="stat"><dt>Time live</dt><dd>~9 months</dd></div>
<div class="stat"><dt>Products</dt><dd>9</dd></div>
<div class="stat"><dt>Tracked wallets</dt><dd>12,481</dd></div>
<div class="stat"><dt>Paid acquisition</dt><dd>$0</dd></div>
</div>

Three of those numbers carry most of the weight.

**630,000+ registered users with zero paid marketing spend.** Acquisition came from years of
campaign work with Trust Wallet, CoinMarketCap, Binance Wallet, DEXTools and others, plus the
Telegram AI Hub funnel. The cost base of that growth is structurally different from paid
acquisition.

**110,000+ transactions.** Registrations measure interest; transactions measure use. This is the
number that separates a product people signed up for from one they act through.

**Live and revenue-generating for roughly nine months.** This is a commercial operation with an
active user base, not an MVP or a beta.

## The token

$VMKS is a BNB Chain token, and its utilities fall into two groups. **Access utilities** gate
premium analytics, launchpad allocation tiers, competition entry and governance. **Revenue
utilities** are attached to charges the platform already collects across all nine products, from
vDEX swap fees and Neobank card spend to Intelligence Layer, Mindshare and VPN subscriptions.

What the token does, product by product, is set out in
[section 10](/whitepaper/utilities).

## The product

Nine products on one account, one balance and one intelligence core: Intelligence Layer, MOFO & Mindshare, vDEX, vMakers, Vision Disperse,
Vision Makers Pad, the Neobank, Vision VPN and VM AI Hub. Each generates signal the others consume, which
is why the marginal cost of the eleventh product is far below the cost of the first.

See [section 7](/whitepaper/products).

## Security posture

All platform smart contracts are independently audited by **CertiK** and **Hacken**, written in
Solidity and deployed on EVM-compatible networks, with the AI Hub marketplace settling in TON.
The platform is **non-custodial**: users connect their own wallets and nothing moves without a
signature. The operating entity is **Vision Makers Technologies Inc.**, a registered corporation
in the Republic of Panama.

See [section 9](/whitepaper/security).

## What has to be true

The thesis depends on three things remaining true. They are stated here so a reader can test them
rather than discover them later.

1. **Engagement holds as the user base grows.** Transaction volume per user at this scale is not guaranteed to survive a 10× increase in registrations.
2. **Interpretation stays ahead of commoditisation.** General-purpose models improve quickly. The defensibility is in proprietary scoring over proprietary data, not in the conversational surface itself.
3. **Execution continues through the roadmap.** Phases 2 to 4 depend on a small team shipping on time.

These and others are set out without softening in [section 13](/whitepaper/risk-factors).
