## How this version differs

Version 3.0 is a structural rewrite rather than an update. Three changes matter:

**It leads with evidence.** Earlier versions described an intention. This one reports a platform
that has been in commercial operation for nine months, and puts the engagement data in
[section 8](/whitepaper/traction) rather than burying it.

**It separates the token from the product.** The product case stands on its own in sections 1
to 9; the token is argued separately in [section 10](/whitepaper/utilities), on the basis of
utilities attached to revenue the platform already collects rather than emissions.

**It states the risks.** [Section 13](/whitepaper/risk-factors) is a genuine risk register, not a
disclaimer. A whitepaper that cannot describe its own failure modes is marketing.
