# MOFO & Mindshare

Narrative-level attention and wallet-level activity, in one product

MOFO & Mindshare is the intelligence product: it measures **where collective attention is
concentrating**, and it tracks **what individual wallets are doing**. The two were separate
products and are now one, because they answer the same question from different directions.

- **Mindshare** works top down, from narratives and sectors to individual tokens.
- **MOFO** works bottom up, from individual wallets to the tokens they are moving into.

Neither half trades on your behalf. There is no copy trading and no automated replication of
another wallet's activity. The product tells you what is happening; every trade you make is one
you chose and signed yourself.

## Mindshare

Attention reliably leads liquidity, so measuring attention is a leading indicator.

| View | What it shows | Typical use |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Trending tokens** | Ranked by mindshare movement rather than raw volume | Finding what is heating up before it is obvious |
| **Narrative heatmaps** | Which themes are gaining: AI agents, RWA, L2s | Rotating between sectors rather than chasing tickers |
| **KOL dashboards** | Influence quantified by historical accuracy | Deciding which voices are worth listening to |
| **Whale volume** | Large-holder flow, aggregated per token | Spotting accumulation or distribution |
| **News aggregation** | Multi-source, scored and summarised | Catching the story behind a move |
| **On-chain flow** | Net direction, holder change, retention | Separating real adoption from noise |
| **Token discovery** | New pairs, migrations, early movers | Finding things before they trend |

### How the score is built

Three independent inputs combine, each **weighted by source credibility** rather than raw size.

**Social velocity.** The rate of change in mentions, scaled by each source's historical accuracy.
A small account that has been early three times carries more weight than a large one that has
not. Velocity matters more than volume: a token mentioned 500 times a day for a month is
background, the same token going from 50 to 300 mentions in six hours is a signal.

**On-chain adoption.** Unique holders, retention across epochs, and the direction of net flow.
This answers whether attention is converting into positions, and whether they persist. A rise in
mentions with no holder growth is a warning, not a confirmation.

**Behavioural analytics.** What users do after encountering a token, rather than what they say.

### Reading an entry

Each entry carries the evidence that produced it, not just the rank:

> **1 · AI agents · 38% of total mindshare, up 6pts**
> Two major launches plus a Telegram distribution update.
> Positive, but concentrated in three tickers.
> Rotation risk if the launches fail to hold liquidity.

The last two lines matter most. A rank tells you something is moving; the concentration note
tells you how fragile the move is.

### Time windows

Mindshare is always computed over a window, and the window changes the answer. Short windows
surface noise and genuine breakouts in equal measure; long windows surface established trends
and miss the early move. The default is a rolling 24 hours, and the window is stated on every
view so a number is never ambiguous.

## MOFO wallet tracking

Where Mindshare organises discovery around narratives, MOFO organises it around **individual
wallets**.

### Observation

You follow addresses and build a personal view of the participants relevant to your strategy. An
address you follow becomes an input to your own research, and nothing about following a wallet
changes your positions.

Wallets are ranked by **realised profit** over a window you choose, not by unrealised paper
gains. Rankings derive from observed on-chain activity, so a wallet's off-platform or cross-chain
positions may not be fully represented. Review a wallet's history rather than its rank before
following it: a wallet can rank highly on the strength of one outsized trade.

### Alerts

A streaming feed of what **12,481 tracked wallets** are doing, the second they do it.

> Insider wallet bought $312.4K of $PONS, 2s ago

| Filter | Example |
| --- | --- |
| Minimum order size | Only alert above $50,000 |
| Market cap ceiling | Only tokens under $5M |
| Exclusions | Skip wallets whose holdings you already share |
| Specific wallets | Only the addresses on your list |
| Delivery | In-platform, or Telegram with one-tap quick buy |

An alert surfaces activity for consideration; you decide whether to investigate, trade or do
nothing. Where an alert leads you to trade, the swap runs through [vDEX](/platform/vdex) from
your own wallet, on your signature.

### Lite Mode

Lite Mode presents a simplified interface over the same functionality, reducing the number of
options shown at once. It is a more focused entry point for people who want wallet monitoring
without configuring every filter.

### Trade theses · planned

A planned layer will let users share the reasoning behind their decisions alongside the activity
itself. A transaction reveals **what** a wallet did; a thesis can explain **why**. Trade theses
are an upcoming extension and are **not currently live**.

## Why the two belong together

A narrative without wallets behind it is a story. Wallets moving without a narrative is noise.
Together they answer the question that actually matters, *is this real*, from both ends: whether
attention is rising, and whether the people who are usually early are acting on it.

Asking either way reaches the same product:

| Question | What resolves |
| --- | --- |
| *"Where is mindshare concentrating?"* | Ranked narrative view, current window |
| *"Is the move real, or one wallet?"* | Holder distribution and concentration check |
| *"Who is actually winning right now?"* | Wallet performance ranked by realised profit |
| *"Tell me when the wallets I follow move on anything under $5M"* | A configured alert rule |

A typical answer names the tension where one exists:

> **$AIC, attention is lagging the flow.** Top 20 wallets reduced exposure 18% this week.
> Mentions up 240%, sentiment turning neutral. Narrative is catching up as the money leaves.

## Limits worth understanding

**Social signal is adversarial.** Participants have direct financial incentives to manufacture
the appearance of attention. Credibility weighting raises the cost of doing so but does not
eliminate it.

**Coverage is uneven.** Newer and smaller assets have thinner data, so their scores are less
reliable. The platform indicates confidence where data is thin.

**An alert is not a recommendation.** A tracked wallet acting is information about that wallet.
Its reasons, time horizon, position size and risk tolerance are invisible to you.

**Past profitability does not predict future profitability.** Ranking is backward-looking by
construction.

**Latency matters.** By the time an alert reaches you and you act, price may already have moved.

**Neither half is a safety check.** Risk indicators are separate, and described in
[Intelligence Layer](/platform/intelligence-layer).
