* **Vision Disperse:** Enables verified projects, organizations, and token holders to securely and efficiently distribute tokens to multiple recipients using Vision Makers’ blockchain infrastructure.
* **Community Engagement:** A community interactions, discussions, campaigns, and user-generated content within the Vision Makers ecosystem, including official forums, chat groups, campaigns, events, and social channels.
* **Conversational AI Interface:** An AI-powered command center and knowledge interface that allow users to interact with the Vision Makers ecosystem using natural language.
* **Trading Competition Dashboard:** A platform that enables users to compete in transparent, fair, and compliance-governed trading events.
* **Launchpad:** A platform for accessing public sales of Web3 and AI-focused projects.
* **Web3 VPN:** A decentralized, blockchain-based VPN service offering enhanced privacy and unrestricted access.
* **TapHub Game:** A gamified AI and blockchain-based mini-game hosted on Telegram. It integrates interactive avatars and AI capabilities for play and monetization.
* **Zebec Debit Card:** Offered in collaboration with Zebec Network, this crypto debit card enables users to spend supported cryptocurrencies.

All **Services** are governed by the **Acceptable Use Policy** and applicable documentation. You may participate in the Services by linking your digital wallet(s) on third – parties supported bridge extensions, which allows you to purchase, store, and engage in transactions using cryptocurrency. Before interacting with the Services via the platform, we will ask you to download a supported electronic wallet extension and connect and unlock your digital wallets with that extension. Once you submit a request to sell or purchase any of the offered Services, your order is passed on to the applicable extension, which can complete the transaction on your behalf. WE ARE NOT A BROKER, EXCHANGE, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, OR CREDITOR. THE SERVICES ARE AN ADMINISTRATIVE PLATFORM ONLY. WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PURCHASER AND SELLER OF THE SERVICES OR BETWEEN ANY USERS. YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY, LEGITIMACY, AND AUTHENTICITY OF ASSETS YOU PURCHASE, RENT OR UTILIZE VIA THE SERVICES AND THE PLATFORM. NOTWITHSTANDING INDICATORS AND MESSAGES THAT SUGGEST VERIFICATION, WE MAKE NO CLAIMS ABOUT THE IDENTITY, LEGITIMACY, OR AUTHENTICITY OF ASSETS ON THE PLATFORM OR VIA THE SERVICES.

Transactions executed via the Services and the platform are conducted on the blockchain. While we offer a marketplace for the Services, we do not buy, sell or take custody or possession of any of the Services, nor does it act as an agent or custodian for any user of the Services. Instead, each Service that is listed for sale, rent or utilization is independently offered via the platform. Each such Service is released automatically upon consummation of its sale, rental or utilization agreement. You will be required to make or receive payments exclusively through the cryptocurrency wallet you have connected to the Vision Makers Platform or via fiat. We will have no insight into or control over these payments or transactions, nor do we have the ability to reverse any transactions. Accordingly, we will have no liability to you or to any third party for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transactions that you engage in via the Service or Vision Makers Platform. Your participation in certain programs (e.g., promotions, sweepstakes, giveaways, on tests, rewards programs, debit cards etc.) made available through the Vision Makers Platform will be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to such programs as set forth by us or the sponsor of each promotion or program.

  * AI models for creating malware or facilitating cyberattacks
  * Autonomous offensive cyber tools or cyberweapons
* Processing or generating illegal, deceptive, or harmful content

**C. Financial Crime**

* Money laundering or layering transactions
* Terrorist financing or facilitating illicit financial activity
* Use of privacy coins, crypto mixers, darknet marketplaces, or obfuscation tools to avoid detection (unless permitted by law)

**D. Sanctions and Export Control Violations**

* Accessing the Platform from FATF restricted/sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, and Russia)
* Use by or on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities (OFAC, EU, UN lists)
* Processing export-controlled content or software in violation of national or international laws

**E. Child Exploitation, Prostitution, and Human Trafficking**

* Creating, sharing, storing, or accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
* Engaging in or facilitating prostitution and/or human trafficking

**F. Cryptocurrency Mining (in restricted jurisdiction)**

* Mining in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law
* Unauthorized mining activity during non-declared usage

**G. Privacy Violations and Intellectual Property Abuse**

* Collecting or processing personal data without consent (e.g., violating GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
* Training models on copyrighted or proprietary datasets without authorization
* Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
