# Sub-processors

This page lists the third parties that process personal data on behalf of **Vision Makers Technologies Inc.**, the
categories they handle, and where they operate. It is referenced by the
[Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy).

The table below sets out the <strong>categories</strong> of sub-processor the platform requires.
Each named vendor, its processing location and its transfer mechanism must be filled in from the
current vendor register, and a Data Processing Agreement must be in place with each. Publishing
an inaccurate sub-processor list is itself a compliance failure.

## Our commitments

- A **Data Processing Agreement** is in place with every sub-processor, imposing confidentiality, security and assistance obligations at least equivalent to our own.
- Transfers outside the EEA or UK rely on **Standard Contractual Clauses** (plus UK Addendum where relevant) and a transfer risk assessment, unless an adequacy decision covers the destination.
- Sub-processors are **due-diligenced before engagement** and reviewed periodically.
- We require that content sent to **AI model providers is not used to train their general-purpose models**, where the provider offers that commitment.

## Changes

We will update this page before engaging a new sub-processor that handles personal data. If you
are an enterprise customer with a contractual right to object, notify us at
[admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io) within the notice period in your agreement.
