# Sanctions and Prohibited Jurisdictions

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

**Vision Makers Technologies Inc.** complies with applicable economic and trade sanctions and does not provide services
to restricted persons or in restricted jurisdictions.

## 1 · Sanctions regimes observed

We screen against, and comply with, measures administered by:

- the **United Nations** Security Council consolidated list;
- the **United States** Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including the SDN list;
- the **European Union** consolidated list;
- the **United Kingdom** OFSI consolidated list;
- other regimes applicable to our operations or users.

Where regimes conflict, we apply the stricter standard.

## 2 · Prohibited jurisdictions

Access is blocked for users located in, resident in, or accessing from comprehensively sanctioned
territories. As at the effective date this includes:

- **Cuba**
- **Iran**
- **North Korea (DPRK)**
- **Syria**
- **The Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine**
- **Russia** and **Belarus**: restricted, scope subject to applicable measures

Sanctions lists are amended frequently. The authoritative control is the live screening
configuration, not this page. Counsel must confirm the current restricted set, including any
additional jurisdictions excluded for regulatory rather than sanctions reasons, such as those
where token offerings require authorisation we do not hold, and this page must be updated
whenever that configuration changes.
</div>

Additional jurisdictions may be restricted where local law requires authorisation we do not hold.

## 3 · Restricted persons

You may not use the Service if you are:

- listed on any applicable sanctions list;
- owned 50% or more, individually or in aggregate, or controlled, by one or more sanctioned persons;
- acting for or on behalf of a sanctioned person;
- a government, agency or instrumentality of a prohibited jurisdiction.

## 4 · Controls

| Control | Operation |
| --- | --- |
| Geographic blocking | IP-based restriction at point of access |
| Registration screening | Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening of verified users |
| Ongoing screening | Re-screening against updated lists |
| Wallet screening | Blockchain analytics on connected addresses for sanctioned-address exposure |
| Transaction screening | Counterparty address screening before transfer |

**Circumventing these controls, by VPN, proxy, false declaration or otherwise, is a material
breach of the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms) and may be a criminal offence.**

## 5 · If a match occurs

We will suspend access immediately, freeze any in-progress platform action within our control,
report to the relevant authority where required, and respond to the user only to the extent
legally permitted. Because the platform is non-custodial, we cannot and do not freeze assets in
a user's own wallet.

## 6 · False positives

Screening uses name and identifier matching and can produce false positives. If you believe you
have been wrongly restricted, contact [admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io) with supporting documentation.
We review promptly and restore access where a match is disproved.

## 7 · Your warranty

By using the Service you represent and warrant, on a continuing basis, that you are not a
restricted person and are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction. You must notify us
immediately if that ceases to be true.
