# Risk Disclosures

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

Read this before trading
Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your capital. Vision
Makers is non-custodial, no transaction can be reversed, and no one can recover your keys.
Nothing on the platform is financial advice.

## 1 · No advice

Vision Makers provides information, analytics and AI-generated interpretation. **None of it is
investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice**, and none of it is a recommendation to
buy, sell or hold anything. We do not assess suitability or appropriateness for you. Seek
independent professional advice.

## 2 · Market risk

- Digital asset prices are **extremely volatile** and can fall to zero.
- Markets trade 24/7 with no circuit breakers and limited recourse.
- Liquidity can disappear without warning, leaving you unable to exit at any price.
- Past performance, of an asset, a tracked wallet, or the platform, does not indicate future results.

## 3 · Irreversibility and self-custody

- **Transactions cannot be reversed.** Once signed and broadcast, no party can undo them.
- **Lost keys mean lost assets, permanently.** We cannot recover seed phrases.
- Sending to a wrong or incompatible address generally results in **permanent loss**.
- You are responsible for the scope of every token approval you grant.

## 4 · Technology risk

- **Smart contract risk.** Audits reduce risk; they do not remove it. Undiscovered vulnerabilities may exist in our contracts or any contract you interact with.
- **Network risk.** Congestion, outages, forks, reorganisations and validator failures can delay or fail transactions.
- **Bridge and cross-chain risk**, historically a frequent source of major losses.
- **Front-end and supply-chain compromise** can present a malicious transaction for your signature.
- **MEV**: your transactions may be subject to sandwiching, front-running or other value extraction.

## 5 · AI and data risk

- AI output **can be wrong**, incomplete or out of date, and may be confidently and persuasively wrong.
- Interpretation depends on third-party data that may be delayed, inaccurate or manipulated.
- **Social signal is adversarial**: participants have direct incentives to manufacture the appearance of attention.
- Rankings, risk flags and mindshare scores are **indicative only** and are not assurances of safety or quality.

## 6 · Automation and alerts

- A conditional order may execute when its condition is met in circumstances you did not foresee.
- Agents act within rules **you** set; incorrect rules produce unintended outcomes.
- **Alerts are informational.** The platform does not trade on your behalf or replicate another wallet's activity. Every trade is one you choose and sign.
- A tracked wallet's past profitability does not predict its future profitability, and acting on its activity is your decision alone.
- Wallet rankings are based on observed on-chain activity, which may be incomplete.

## 7 · Token launch risk (Vision Makers Pad)

Early-stage tokens are **exceptionally high risk**. Many fail completely. Listing on Vision
Makers Pad is **not** an endorsement, a due-diligence opinion, or a guarantee of any outcome.
Allocations may be illiquid, locked, or worth nothing.

## 8 · Regulatory and tax risk

- Digital-asset regulation is evolving and may change adversely, restricting features or access.
- Your jurisdiction may prohibit some or all activity available here.
- **You are solely responsible for your tax position.** We do not provide tax advice or, in most cases, tax reporting.

## 9 · Operational and counterparty risk

The platform depends on third parties, wallets, liquidity venues, data providers, messaging
platforms, exchanges, whose failure may interrupt service. The project depends on continued
execution by a small team.

## 10 · Only risk what you can afford to lose

Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely. Do not borrow to participate.
If you do not understand a product, do not use it.
