# Marketing Consents Notice

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

How **Vision Makers Technologies Inc.** obtains, records and honours your consent to marketing.

## 1 · Principle

We send marketing only where we have a lawful basis, in most cases your **consent**. Consent is
freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and given by a clear affirmative act.

**We never**: use pre-ticked boxes; bundle marketing consent into acceptance of the Terms; make
access to the Service conditional on marketing consent; or buy marketing lists.

## 2 · What you can consent to

Each is separately selectable. Consenting to one is not consent to another.

## 3 · Service messages are different

Some messages are **not marketing** and are sent regardless of marketing preferences, because
they are necessary to the service or required by law:

- security and login alerts; password and recovery messages;
- transaction confirmations and failures;
- alerts and agent results **you configured**;
- changes to the Terms or policies;
- breach notifications; legal and regulatory notices;
- billing and subscription notices.

You cannot opt out of these while holding an account, though you can usually tune delivery.

## 4 · Soft opt-in

Where permitted, including under PECR in the UK, we may email you about our own similar
products if you gave your address during a transaction or negotiation, with a clear opt-out at
that point and in every message. We apply this narrowly.

## 5 · Withdrawing consent

Withdrawal is as easy as giving it:

- **unsubscribe** in any marketing email, one click, no login required, honoured within 72 hours (usually immediately);
- **preference centre** in account settings, per channel and per category;
- **email** [admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io);
- **Telegram**: leave the channel or block the bot;
- **push**: disable in OS settings.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing and does not stop service messages.

## 6 · Records

We record, for each consent: what you consented to, when, by what mechanism, and the version of
the notice shown. Records are retained for the duration of consent plus **24 months** as proof
of compliance.

## 7 · Children

We do not knowingly market to anyone under 18.

## 8 · Third parties

**We do not sell or rent your contact details**, and we do not share them with third parties for
their own marketing. Email delivery vendors act as processors under contract. See
