# Communications Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

Which channels are genuinely ours, how we will and will not contact you, and how to verify.

<div class="callout">
<span class="callout-label">We will never ask for your seed phrase</span>
No Vision Makers employee, bot, moderator or support agent will <strong>ever</strong> ask for
your seed phrase, private key or recovery words, ask you to "validate" or "sync" your wallet,
request remote access to your device, or ask you to send funds for any reason. Anyone doing so is
an impostor.
</div>

## 1 · Official channels

<div class="callout">
<span class="callout-label">Complete before publication</span>
Insert the exact handles and URLs for every official channel: Telegram channels, X account,
Discord, support addresses and any regional channels. A communications policy that lists
channels only in general terms cannot be used by a user to verify an impostor, which is its
primary purpose.
</div>

Anything not on this list is **not** us.

## 2 · How we contact you

**We will:** email you from a verified `@visionmakers.io` domain for service and, with consent,
marketing; post announcements in official Telegram channels; and show in-product notifications.

**We will never:** direct-message you first offering support; contact you by phone or SMS for
support; ask for credentials, seed phrases or private keys; ask you to move to a "secure" or
"backup" channel; send you a transaction to sign out of the blue; or create urgency to force a
quick decision.

## 3 · Support

Support is initiated **by you**, through official channels. If someone contacts you claiming to
be support, it is an impersonation attempt, including if they appear to know details about your
account, which can be scraped or guessed.

Community moderators are volunteers or staff with **no access to your account or funds**. A
moderator offering to "fix" your wallet is an impostor.

## 4 · Verifying a message

1. **Check the domain**: character-for-character, including lookalikes (`visionrnakers.io`).
2. **Check channel membership** against the official list above.
3. **Admins never DM first.**
4. **Does it ask for anything?** Legitimate communications never require secrets or funds.
5. **When unsure, ask** in the official community before acting.

## 5 · Impersonation

Report impersonating accounts, channels, websites or apps to [admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io) with
screenshots, links and handles. We pursue takedowns and warn the community.

## 6 · Languages

Official communications are issued in **English**. Translations may be provided for convenience;
where a translation conflicts with the English text, **English governs**.

## 7 · Announcement integrity

Material announcements, token events, listings, security incidents, are published across
multiple official channels at once. A "major announcement" appearing in only one place,
especially one not on the list above, should be treated as fraudulent until confirmed.
