# Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective 24 October 2026

This Policy sets out what you may and may not do on the Vision Makers platform. It is
incorporated into the [Terms of Service](/legal/terms), and breach may result in immediate
suspension or termination.

## 1 · General principle

Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and without harming other users, the platform, or third
parties.

## 2 · Prohibited, legal and financial crime

You must not use the Service to:

- launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions;
- facilitate fraud, theft, extortion, ransomware payments or the proceeds of crime;
- evade tax, or help others do so;
- trade on material non-public information, or breach securities law in your jurisdiction;
- impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- circumvent a jurisdictional restriction, including by VPN, proxy or false declaration.

## 3 · Prohibited, market conduct

- **Market manipulation**: wash trading, spoofing, layering, ramping, painting the tape, or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes.
- **Manufacturing false signal**: artificially inflating mentions, engagement or apparent holder counts to influence Mindshare or any other ranking.
- **Front-running** platform users or exploiting advance knowledge of launches or competition outcomes.
- **Manipulating wallet rankings**, including operating an address designed to mislead the users who track it.

## 4 · Prohibited, platform abuse

- Scraping, crawling or bulk-extracting data except through the documented API within its limits.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code or model weights.
- Circumventing rate limits, access tiers, paywalls or authentication.
- Automated account creation, multi-accounting to gain unfair advantage in quests, airdrops or competitions, or Sybil attacks on allocations.
- Introducing malware, or probing, scanning or testing security without authorisation. See [Responsible Disclosure](/legal/responsible-disclosure) for the sanctioned route.
- Overloading infrastructure, or interfering with another user's access.

## 5 · Prohibited, content and conduct

- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful or discriminatory content.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers a child.
- Infringing intellectual property or disclosing another person's confidential or personal data.
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, phishing, or impersonating Vision Makers staff or support.

## 6 · AI-specific prohibitions

- Prompting the AI to produce unlawful content, or to assist in anything in this Policy.
- Attempting to extract system prompts, model weights, or other users' data through prompt injection or similar techniques.
- Using outputs to build a competing model, or to train a model, without written permission.
- Presenting AI output as human-authored professional advice to third parties.

## 7 · Enforcement

Depending on severity and intent, we may: issue a warning; restrict a feature; suspend the
account; terminate it permanently; forfeit competition or airdrop entitlements obtained in breach;
and report to law enforcement or regulators where required.

We act proportionately and, where safe and lawful to do so, tell you why. Because the Service is
non-custodial, enforcement never gives us control of your assets.

## 8 · Appeals

If you believe enforcement was wrong, contact [admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io) within **30 days**. See
[Complaints and Disputes](/legal/complaints).

## 9 · Reporting

Report abuse to [admin@visionmakers.io](mailto:admin@visionmakers.io). Report security vulnerabilities through
[Responsible Disclosure](/legal/responsible-disclosure).
